Today, will be a test of my self control, as, I have the good fortune to be in control of getting the house ready for a real estate showing, at 5:00 pm this afternoon.  That would not be too bad, except for the fact that this is the third time in a row, that I have been given short notice, by our real estate broker. We originally asked them, for one day of notice when arranging a showing, however that arrangement was somehow not noted by the agent who handled the set-up of our attempt to sell the house. We were informed of this a few months after the original arrangements were made; when we were asked to allow a showing, for 2hours after t

I am here, and trying this journal stuff for the first time. I don't expect to do anything terribly dramatic, but it should be interesting to see what happens, as I plan to keep a regular journal, with at least one entry per day.  My entries may be about anything- and I just may try to include some prose, or, perhaps a bit of poetry, as well. I may even just spout off about; politics, or sports, life in general, or the weather. Family,  friends, or total strangers- are all welcome here; but please be gentle with your criticism- as I am a fragile, tender, and shy, kind of guy.
